This is page is not for professionals but for all you budding mixologists, it is a chance to appreciate the art of drink making as well as the barmen’s skills behind the bar. All the ingredients I use will be easy to get hold of, either readily found in your drinks cabinet, kitchen cupboard or off our website!

Each month we will have a guest appearance, who will create the Chase Cocktail of the month. This could be a famous celebrity, barman or one of you random guys at home.

We will also run regular cocktail competitons linked with Facebook and Twitter, where the winner will receive a very cool prize indeed.

45ml Chase marmalade
20ml Chartreuse
15ml Lemon
10ml Sugar
Prosecco Top

Shake all ingredients together with ice, double strain into a chilled coupette glass
